Stirling (Traditional Scottish Ales)

Commenced brewing Jan-04 under the name City of Stirling. Under the same umbrella (Traditional Scottish Ales) as Bridge of Allan and Trossachs breweries. In 2005 the name was changed to Stirling Brewery.
