0.5 lb Black Patent Malt
0.5 Roasted Barley
1 lb Light DME
11.3 lb Light LME
3 oz. Cascade (60 min)
3 oz. Fuggle (1 min)
White Labs WLP007 Dry English Ale Yeast
1. Steep crushed grains at 160 F for 30 minutes.
2. Sparge, add fermentables and hops per usual.
3. Ferment at 68 F for aprox. 2 weeks.
4. Secondary for 30 days.
5. Drinkable after 6 weeks in the bottle.
