1. steep grains at 154 for 40 minutes
2. remove grains with strainer
3. add lme and dme
4. when boiling add 1 oz chinook (boil 30 min)
5. add 1 oz cascade pellets (boil 15 min)
6. add .5 oz centennial pellets (boil 5 min)
7. add irish moss (boil 10 min)
8. add 1 oz cascade hops (boil 1 minute) turn off heat
9. strain off spent hops, cool, transfer to carboy
10. pitch yeast
11. 7-10 days in primary
12. add 1 oz cascade flowers in bag with a few marbles 13. ferment to completion
14. bottle with 3/4 cup dextrose
15. ready in 12 to 20 days
