1. Mash in 5 gallons of water and stabilize at 150F for 60 minutes. Raise temp to 168F for Mash-out.
2. Sparge and boil as normal using the hop additions above. Add 1 tsp of hydrated Irish Moss for 20 minutes.
3. Primary ferment at 50F for 7-10 days.
4. Secondary ferment at 40F for 14 days.
5. Lager at 32F for at least 30 days.
