Was brewed for the Justin’s 21st birthday.
1. Make a yeast starter!|
2. Steep grains in 150F water for 30 minutes.
3. Remove grains and add extract, candi sugar, bittering hops. Boil for 45 minutes.
4. Add aroma hops and boil for 10 minutes.
5. Cool wort to 75F and pitch yeast.
