7.5# Wheat LME
1# Flaked Wheat
1oz Orange Peel
1 tablespoon Coriander
2oz Tettnang
Wyeast 3944 Witbier
1. Make a yeast starter!
2. Steep grains in 150F water for 30 minutes.
3. Remove grains and add extract, bittering hops. Boil for 60 minutes.
4. Add aroma hops, spices and boil for 10 minutes.
5. Cool wort to 75F and pitch yeast.
