A partial mash hefeweizen recipe. Tasty!
8# Liquid Wheat Malt Extract
1# Belgian Pils Malt
1# Munich Malt
1 lb Flaked Wheat
1.5 oz Hallertau
Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephaner
1. Make a yeast starter!
. 2. Steep grains in 150F water for 30 minutes.
3. Remove grains and add extract, bittering hops. Boil for 60 minutes.
4. Add aroma hops and boil for 10 minutes.
5. Cool wort to 75F and pitch yeast.
