4 lb Munich

1 lb toasted oats

1 lb brown malt

1 lb caramunich

1 lb wheat malt

.25 lb chocolate wheat

1 qt maple syrup

60 IBU

Mash temps, hop choice and yeast all at brewer’s discretion.
