Mash @155 w/ 16 qts H2O for 60 min. Add 14 qts. boiling H2O to bring to mash out at 169. Stir and rest for 10 min. Run off. Batch Sparge with 10 qts. 190 H2O to bring to 170. Stir and rest for 10 min. Run Off. Boil for 90 min. Ferment at 68 for 6 days. Transfer and add dry hops. Let stay at 68 for 10 days. Keg and cold condition for 2 weeks or bottle with 3.5 oz. dextrose.
