1.00 lb Caramel Wheat Malt (46.0 SRM) Grain 7.7 %

1.00 lb Chocolate Wheat Malt (400.0 SRM) Grain 7.7 %

0.50 oz Warrior [14.60%] (60 min) Hops 22.3 IBU

0.50 oz Chinook [13.00%] (40 min) Hops 17.4 IBU

0.50 oz Horizon [10.50%] (20 min) Hops 9.7 IBU

1.50 oz Horizon [10.50%] (3 min) Hops 6.0 IBU

0.50 oz Horizon [10.50%] (10 min) Hops 5.8 IBU

0.50 oz Horizon [10.50%] (Dry Hop 14 days)
Just mix the rice hulls in w/ the rest of the malt and mash as normal. You might want to use a little more than I did.

I did a step mash on this one because of all the wheat. Thirty minutes at one hundred thirty degrees. Sixty at one hundred fiftytwo degrees and a mash out. I batch sparged which I figured would be much less of a headache than fly sparging on this one.

I will definitely lighten up on the hops next time and probably ease off the chocolate wheat just a tad.
