Yuletide Ale (Golden) By TheBeerOrg A nice spicy beer, any time of year.
12# Marris Otter 4# Wheat Malt 3oz 120L Crystal 2oz Northern Brewer (bittering) 1oz Golding (flavor) 2oz Fuggles (flavor/aroma) Crushed Grains of Paradise WLP500

1. Make a starter!
2. Mash @ 155F with 17qts water.
3. Sparge @ 175F with enough water to collect 7 gallons of wort.
4. Add 1oz Northern Brewer, boil for 30 minutes.
5. Add 1oz NB, 1/2oz Golding, boil for 35 minutes.
6. Add remaining hops, boil for 15 more minutes.
7. Chill to 70F and pitch.
