1.4 lbs. Simpsons Crystal 40 L

1 lb. Simpsons Crystal 120L

All pellet hops

3 oz. each Chinook (10.4%) and Columbus (11.1%) FWH

1.5 oz. each Columbus, Centtenial, Cascade, and Chinook 30 min.

2 tablets whirlflock 20 min.

2 oz. each Columbus, Centtenial, Cascade, and Chinook 15 min.

1 pill servomyces 10 min.

2 oz. each Amarillo, Centtenial, and Simcoe

1 pint US-56 loose slurry or 2 packets US-56.

Single infusion mash at 150. Collect enough for a 2 hour boil. ~15 gallons.
