The two pounds of rice hulls are what allow you to mash this w/o any barley malt. Mix it in w/ the rest of your grain and you can basically treat it like any other mash at that point. Here's the schedule:
Protein Rest: 130F, 30 mins
Saccharification Rest: 150F, 45 mins
Mash Out: 168F, 10 mins
Sparge as per your usual routine, bring to a boil, add hops at specified times, chill, aerate, pitch yeast. Transfer to secondary after one week. Bottle after two more weeks w/ 3/4 cup of corn sugar. Drink two weeks later.
