Mash grains in 7 gallons water(strike temp 162F) rest at 150F for 90 mins.|
Sparge 5 gallons 168F
Collect 6.5 gallons wort.
Boil for 90 mins adding FWH at beginning of run-off
Add hops as listed
add sugar last 5 mins of boil to get better effcency from hops.
Pitch yeast starter when cool.
Ferment 10 days @ 70F
Rack to secondary w/ dry hops for 10 days then bottle w/ 1.25 cups Light DME
