1lb. Durst Wheat
0.5lb. corn sugar to boil
1oz Spalt 60 Full boil
1oz Hersbrucker 30 min left
2oz Spalt 5 min left
1 Orange (Tangelo) peel 10 mins left
1 TBS Coriander 10 mins left
Pintch of Grains of Paradise
WLP 565 Saison yeast

Mash 1.33 quarts per lb. of grain @ 150F for an hour
sparge as normal to collect 6 gallons
add hops and spices as noted.
Ferment warm 2 weeks then bottle condition w/ 1 cup corn sugar(high carbonation level)
