50% 2-row 42% wheat malt 8% crystal @ 40 1 pound Rice Hulls (optional) 1 oz Simcoe (12aau) FWH 1 oz Simcoe @60 .5 oz Simcoe @ 30 .5 oz Simcoe @ 15 1 oz Simcoe @ 0 1 oz Simcoe (Dry hop, 1 week) Safeale US-56

SG = 1.046

Mash low, around 149 for an hour.

60 minute boil.

I get a really low FG for this beer, around 1.002 this year (!!) but don’t worry - its fine.

This one tastes great fresh, not so wonderful after a few months. So drink up!
