1. Make a 1½ quart starter 36-48 hours in advance
2. Mash at 140F 30mins 153F 60mins Mash out at 158F
3. 90 minute boil
4. Cool down to 72F and pitch yeast
5. Primary- and secondary fermentation at 72F Dryhop appx. 2 weeks in secondary
6. Bulk age 7 months in secondary
7. Add 1 rehydrated envelope of Safale US-05 prior to bottling
