1.Mash at 155 for an hour with filtered water that has had gypsum added.
2. Cool to at least 65
3.Pitch yeast that has been built up on a 20 oz starter
4.Ferment between 65-70 for 10-14 days, seconday is optional.
5.Peaks about a month after bottling
