Tailgate Chili

This has a lot of ingredients
2 lbs Ground chuck 1 lb Italian sausage 2 30 oz cans chili beans 2 30 oz cans diced tomatoes with juice 1 6 oz can tomato paste 1 chopped Yellow onion 3 stalks celery, chopped 1 Green bell pepper, chopped 1 Red bell pepper, chopped 1 4 0z can chopped green chilis 1 TBLS bacon bits 4 cubes beef bullion 1 12 oz beer of choice (I used a Sierra Nevada Porter) 1/4 cup chili powder 1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbls minced garlic 1 Tbls dried oregano 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons Tabasco 1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon sugar
Brown meat and place in large stock pot. Drain grease. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil stirring frequently. Turn down and simmer 2-3 hours. Serve with Fritos and shredded cheddar.
