8# Muntons Marris Otter
2# Cargill Wheat Malt
2# Rolled Oats
1# Simpsons Dark Crystal
1# Crisp Brown Malt (very important!)
2oz Ahtanum Leaf
1.5oz Fuggles Leaf
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Vanilla Bean
1oz freshly grated ginger root
Wyeast French Saision yeast
*or American Ale Yeast if less yeasty fruitiness is desired)
* Mash at 150-154F
* Boil for 2.5 hours
* Add the spices in the secondary
* Bottle after 2 weeks in primary, 4 weeks in secondary.
