1 pound 50L Crystal Malt 3 Pounds Amber DME, 3 pounds Extra Light DME Galena Hops Bittering (60 minutes) Cascade Hops Flavor (15 minutes) Wyeast 1056 yeast
Steep crystal malt at 150 degrees (F) for 45 minutes in 2.5 gallons of water. After 45 minutes, remove grain and bring to boil. Add 1 oz Galena hops and DME. After 45 minutes, add 1 oz Cascade hops. After the hour’s boil, remove from heat. Pitch Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast or equivalent after cooling wort.
