5 Gallon Batch
1. Mash Wheat malt and Crystal 40L for 45 minutes at 155-165 degrees Fahrenheit bringing to boil.
2. Add Amber LME, Honey, Gold dry DME, and 1.5 oz. Cascade hops boiling for 60 minutes.
3. At 30 minutes of boiling add .5 oz Cascade hops, full banana, and ginger
4. At 45 minutes of boiling add 3/4 oz. of Saaz hops and half a banana finishing with 1 tbs. Irish Moss.
