ELEVEN ONE SEVEN ALE

This is a stronger pale ale, if you will, that we brewed for our wedding on 11/17 (hence the name). Very hop-forward, mildly bitter; great balance.

Mash @ 151°f for 1 hour, sparge as usual.
60 min. boil (add Whirfloc-T or Irish moss to boil for clarity).
Ferment 1 week primary, 3 weeks secondary at 68°f.
