Filling: Boil bok choy briefly. Squeeze excess water from bok choy. Add bok choy, poppy seeds, peppercorns, garlic, ginger, onion, paneer and salt into a food processor and blend into a paste.
Make dough from flour, buckwheat flour, buckwheat and water. Roll out flat and cut into round pieces.
Stuff dough with filling and bake for 15 minutes at 400F.
