mussels steamed in la maudite

I'm sure you've all heard it 1
1lb mussels
1tsp chopped garlic
2tbsp sliced green onion
La Maudite
olive oil
1. heat some olive oil in a pot at medium high
2. add the garlic and stir gently until you can smell it
3. add mussels and stir to coat
4. add beer and cover pot
5. let the mussels steam until they open
6. remove mussels from pot
7. turn heat up to high and bring the liquid to a boil
8. stir in green onion, pour over mussels and serve
