mash-out @ 162 or so
recirculate as you like--I pump for around ten minutes boil, 75 min. Add hops as noted, irish moss w/ 15 minutes left. chill and send to fermenter; pitch yeast.
Primary, a week or less
secondary, dry-hop as noted
Best carbonation IMHO is about 1/3 cup of corn sugar per keg for 2-3 weeks @ 65F, but have had good results saving about a pint of wort per keg in the fridge, and adding this to the keg, sort of half-ass krausening.
