In a super simple and easy trade, Jim sends the Bells batch 4K I needed. Thanks so much for the rare beer. On top of that, he asks for barely anything in return. Jim is a real class act, with his eye out for others. Sent super quick and packed to withstand a Michigan storm. Thanks man!

An in-person trade with Jim while he’s visiting the islands with his wife. After tossing back a few at the new Yardhouse here, we got down to business: Kuhnhenn BA Fourth Dementia, BA Barleywine, Extraneous Ale, Raspberry Eisbock and Simcoe Silly IPA! And then a Bell’s Batch 4000!!! + some selections from Atwater, Dragonmead and Jolly Pumpkin. You killed my Michigan wants list. Thanks again!

Man...I thought the base trade of two Kuhnhenn Raspberry Eisbocks was outstanding. But to open the package and find a Bell’s Batch 4000 and 7000, with an Oatmeal Stout to boot, was simply breathtaking. Seriously...I gasped! The 4000 is one that I thought I’d never be able to add to my cellar and now I’ve got it. And I loved the little penguin wrapping! Thanks Jim, for an AWESOME trade!

Also New Holland Poet, Kuhnhenn Pale Ale, and 3 King beers: Dopplebock, Old Ale, and Fest. Very generous trader, good packing, and an easy trade! Batch 4000 & Eisbock!! You rule Walleye!

I dont know if this is a real trade or not, considering it was my beer that walleye(dad) sent to me. The Bells 20th, Old Numbskull, Cantilion Broucsella 1900 Grand Cru and 2001 Lou Pepe Kriek all made it safely. The Abbey des Rocs Grand Cru had leaked a bit. Still a good guy though.
