Bio/beer Philosophy:

I did not like beer at first, but once I found some types I liked, I developed an appreceation for them all (well, all styles). Guinness Draught was my first favorite... I am a big fan of porters and stouts, but have developed a preference for Belgian styles. Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, Young’s Special London Ale, and Orval are my favorite beers lately. Recently I moved to southern NH, and while I’m missing some of my Maine beers (Sheepscot, Sebago, Gritty’s), I’m discovering some of my new local brews.
