Bio/beer Philosophy:

I did not like beer at first, but once I found some types I liked, I developed an appreceation for them all (well, all styles). Guinness Draught was my first favorite... I am a big fan of porters and stouts, but have developed a preference for Belgian styles. Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, Young’s Special London Ale, and Orval are my favorite beers lately. I am also a firm believer in drinking where you are, and thus support good Maine brewers like Gritty’s, Sebago, and Allagash, as well as local breweries like The Liberal Cup, Sheepscot Brewing, and Kennebec Brewing.
