I LIKE IT SWEET . . . . .and. . . . . I LOVE IT SOUR!
"Lambics are to beer like Harleys are to motorcycles."
DISCLAIMER: In my humble opinion, purposefully bitter hops are adjuncts, that were originally used as a beer preservative. They add an unnatural bitter flavor and hide the real complexities of beer. Nevertheless, I have tremendous respect for those who can stand it.
I question the worth of any cigar or beer over $2, big twin Harley over $9K or Sportster over $3K.
My rating (0-5) is based only on how much I enjoyed it, not the quality of the beer (or cider or sake or lambic or what ever). I am by no means a beer expert, nor am I qualified to rate by style.

PS: Much to the chagrin of my colleagues, cheap pale yellow american lager is beer, not swill, and I like it!
