My Ideal Beer
I prefer sweeter, maltier brews to the more heavily hopped bitter beers. Light fruit notes are preferable to grassy or floral ones. I prefer to have the flavors up front with a crisp dry finish. Medium-light bodied beers with relatively low carbonation are also more favorable. I like a beer with a big flavor, but that I can drink all night rather than be filled up on after a pint or two.
