Bio/beer Philosophy:

My name is Mads and at some beersites on the www, I’m called a beerticker. I love that designation, eventhough I’m sure its not said in a friendly tone. But who cares. It’s all about beer, isn’t it.
Been drinking beer since my youth back in the late seventies. I’ve travelled around in Europe, Asia and South America, never missing an oportunity to try the local brew. Became more serious about this in the spring of 2001, when I joined Danske Ølentusiaster(Danish Beer Enthusiasts) during their first Beer Festival.

Apart from the Lambics and other belgian beer, I consider Baltic Porters, Imperial Stouts and other black beers to be among my favourites, and last but not least IPA’s and Imperial/Douple IPA’s are enjoyed with great pleasure.

I’ve had the pleasure meeting a lot of friendly Ratebeerians thru this site. It always amazes me how willing you all are to share even the best and most hard to get beers. I will not mention all the good people I’ve met, because someone most likely will be forgot.

I wont be trading until summer 2009, where I’ll be back in Denmark
