Unfortunately due to quality/freshness issues that plaque the craft brew industry, I no longer search out commercial beers to drink. I’m happy with solid seasonals that I know to be fresh like SN Celebration/bigfoot or Smuttynose big beer series.
90% of the beer I drink these days is beer that I brewed. Once you get the taste for fresh beer, its hard to go back to commercial beers.
I still enjoy a beer or two from a brewpub or on tap at a local beer bar, but my beer hunter days are over.
