Bio/beer Philosophy:

Beer is an ancient tradition that must be honored in its truest sense. Beer is not to be imbibed for mere affect of the alcohol, for that is perversion of the beer. Rather, beer is to be enjoyed for the flavor, ambiance and the comradery it provides. Ben Franklin has said it best, "Beer is living proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." Russel Crowe comes in second with the movie, A Beautiful Mind, "I have respect for beer!"
