I am a 31 year old librarian whose love of research and education extends to beer. I brew my own beer which is nothing special in itself but teaches one the proper perspectives on what makes good beer. These are namely water, hops, and barley. Yeast ofcourse and fermentation conditions are of equal importance. While the frat boys believe the best beer is free beer, and in many cases this is true ,the best beer ia the newest delight you can add to your list of great beers.
