Love any style of beer, but hate blandeness and - after a few years of beerloving - the "prog rock"-etho of some microbrewers (too much flavor, too much alchohol, too much of everything but little charm, litte drinkabillity, no sex). It’s a cliche, but less is more - sometimes.
