Notes: It is a good stout, good mariage with the acid twist of the raspberries.

Présence d’un large col beige crémeux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de café et d’amertume de framboises. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps ets moyen avec une texture légèrement crémeuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présence de torréfaction en arrière goût. (Rating #1818)

Jun 11, 2008 (Dégusté avec french tickler) Une biere foncé avec un immense collet bien collant, collet de couleur beige framboise. Odeur de framboises, un peu sucré, poivré, mures, oranges. Gout de framboises, jus de raisins, sucré, acide et fraises.

A velvety, creamy stout brewed with a lot of raspberry puree for the 15th Mondial.
I like:
Well-extracted, authentic raspberry flavours, feeling fresh enough. The stout character is not masked, although the roastiness does not evoke many flavour association. Tart without being juicy.
I dislike:
I’m not very fond of this type of mouthfeel that veils the flavours behind straight nitro-like creaminess. Metallic lanings towards the finish. Oatmeal was very timid.

Jun 1, 2008 Enjoyed at the 2008 Mondial. One of the special brews for this event.Oatmeal stout with pressed juice. The aroma of a stout, and raspberry. Blackish with a mocha head, very lacey. Undercarbonated. Creamy mouthfeel. A good tartness to it.
