The flavor is sweet and sour with strong notes of citrus fruits - especially grapefruit, leading to a tart, bitter finish. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild citric and milky. Flavour is mild milky and with a mix of yeasty and caramel towards a sweet malty base flavour.
