Bottle(tripel) pours a shiney orange with a very light white head(huge bubbles.) Smells citrusy and sweet with some alcohol on the nose as well as some light malt aromas. Without a doubt the best tripel I’ve ever had. Sweet, but not overly, vibrantly fresh, the bitterness is very in your face it’s hard to forget about it. There is good malt flavors and the yeast characters just add to the wonderful flavors. This is a treat.

From the bottle pours hazy yellow/gold with a tall rocky white head. Big estery nose, floral with citrus and a bit of floral spicy hoppiness. This bottle had a ton of carbonation, big pop upon opening and lost a bit of the beer due to gushing. Overall the high carbonation really made this beer nice, really bringing the esters out, kicking up the spiciness, and drying out the finish. This didn’t seem to have the sweetness of a tripel, but sided more towards a saison with the dry hoppy flavor and a bit of wild yeast funkiness to it.

Cloudy, orange head. Off-white creamy head, which diminishes mostly. Good lace. The beer looks like crying: "drink me". Nose of intense vanilla, coriander, banana, citrus peels. Mmmm ... The aroma even cries louder: "drink me". Lightly sweet, moderately bitter initial flavour. Heavily bitter, lightly sweet (long) finish. Nice hop bitter. The flavour cries "buy a full crate of me". I really like this beer of this new brewery. I hope they can keep up making this good bee. I’m looking forward to taste their other beers.

From a bottle at ZBF 08. Good hoppy tripel. Really peppery and leafy hop. Well made tripel and quite impressed with it even after drinking for 7 hours.

very solid triple, the pour was a medium orange color with a lot of head, nice lacing and sediment. The Aroma was of wheat and honey. Maybe a little orange in there. The flavor was smooth with a nice finish, there were traces of wheat, alc, malt, and citrus. Good beer.

Bottle from John’s Marketplace in Portland, OR. It was a super gusher. Hazy orange amber color with a super ferocious off-white head. Aromas of spicy fruit and soft funk. Medium body with smooth and creamy carbonation. Flavor is a touch of funk, with yeast, fruit and spice. Finish is very mild funk. It’s just incredibly drinkable.
