Roasted malt aroma with notes of milk chocolate and coffee. Medium bodied and smooth. Good balance with a dry finish. CapedBrewsader (259), Brasschaat, Belgium Mar 3, 2008 ZBF 2008: Black beer with very nice lacey light chocolate head. Aromas of roasted malts and candi sugar. Mixed roasted notes and a touch of toasted bread. In the back is a very faint bubblegum. Roast malt flavor with some simple sugars and a splash of apple juice. Mild yellow to green fruits covered by coffee.
