voota (754), Melbourne, Australia Mar 20, 2007 Clear, thin looking amber with a slight off-white head. Stale aroma, show some sourness and vegetables. Flowery mouthful, massive carbonation too. Sweet and malty flavour. Quite bad compared to the other Bryggmästarens range, which are reasonably acceptable.

Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 1, 2008 Bottled. A deep red beer with a bubbly and fast disappearing tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, while the body is thin (no wonder). Theis (2018), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 31, 2007 Bottle. Clear brown - white head. Berries, malty, roasted, light burned, grains, light smoked, dark bread. Very nice.
