Egon (269), Gothenburg, Sweden Jul 10, 2008 Drought. Brownish with white head. Dry and hoppy! Some grass, flowers and citrus but the dominating impression was the hops. A bit metllic. Marsiblursi (1270), Göteborg, Sweden Jun 16, 2008 (Draught) Pours a dark reddish brown colour with a foamy off-white head. The aroma is dry and hoppy with tones of citrus (lime and grapefruit) up front but also some grass and earth. The malt profile is light roasted, some bready tones alongside some caramel and cookies. Undertones of fruity yeast. The flavour is citric, mostly grapefruit, orange and lime with a malty backbone of mild chocolate and coffee roast, cookies and caramel. The mouthfeel is dry, clean and peppery with a crisp carbonation. Bit burned and medium to full bitter. Light burned and rather bitter aftertaste with some citrus lingering. Medium bodied. The most normal beer from Öland yet.

Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Fruity hoppy aroma wit grapefruit hints. Sweet malty hoppy bitter flavor with hints of grapefruit.
