Apr 10, 2008 Bottle. Pours dark brown with a yellowish light brown head. Sweet smoked aroma with roasted notes peeping out. Slightly metallic notes. Flavour is quite sweet. Some roasted notes. Almost no smoked notes here; only occasional whiffs. Finish has some wine/port notes. Dry. Sourish touch. Lingering grassy notes. Slight notes of licorice. Lingering notes of smoke appears as it warms. Slight notes of wood as well. 05-04-08.
