Aroma of citrus, hops and cloves. The flavour is along the same lines, but the wheat is apperant and coriander and yeast dominates the picture too. Quite dry and lovely

Bottle courtesy of Fonefan, drunk at Quinns, 26th April 2008 with Mes and reakt. Thanks for the birthday presents Mes! Hazy gold with a white head. Aroma and flavour of wheat, yeast and coriander. Lovely & soft on the tongue. A very drinkable Belgian-style beer.

Corked bottle. Pours a cloudy deep orange colour with a medium mostly diminishing off-white creamish head. The aroma is sweet with ripe fruits, yeast, spice, some malt and hops. Good mouthfeel. The flavour has a very good ripe frutiness with a nice bitterness, yeast, spices, some toasty malt and a mild alco touch. Dry fruity bit spiced finish. The best of the new Ølfabrikken beers I have tasted so far.
