Ølfabrikken Winter Stout

Jet black with a lasting light brown head. Dark malts, coffee, chocolate, hops, tobacco aromas. Flavour dominated by bitterness from hops and dark malts, but with plenty of body for balance. It’s a perfect beer for dark winter nights, but with my perverted taste, I can drink beers like this all year.

Jeg ville ønske det var vinter hele året. Så ville jeg ikke drikke andet end denne fine øl. Måske en enkelt Beer Geek........ Kilsort og med et lækkert brunt skum. Masser af kaffe, choko, lakrids og brændt malt i duft og smag. jeg fornemmer lidt tørrede frugter. Dejlig eftersmag af hulme og kaffe (ingen latte-pjat til mig).

Bottle. Beautiful black colour with medium creamy light brown fully lasting head. Nutty aroma with hints of caramel and chocolate. Nice sweet flavor with bitter lasting aftertaste. Fantastic beer

Bottle. Black colour with a big brown head. Roasted, coffee, chocolate, hops aroma and taste. Medium to full body with a dry, coffee, hop finish.

Black color; nice thick foam; a ring of it is persistent till the end. Strong full aroma: roasted malt, malt, caramel; cheesy; coffee, hops. Thick body, flavor of malt caramel and roasted malt, well mixed, some sweetness, light fruitness. Good mix in the final as well, with some more liquorice. Excellent.
