Quack-Duck (1756), Bodensee, Germany Dec 16, 2007 draught at VPT 2007. A special brew for Christmas Beer Markets produced in Zamberk using 8 different yeasts. Dark colour, slightly hazy small but persistent layer of froth. Full-bodied with lovely malty flavours and hints of caramel and toffee. Very intensive flavours make this beer an exciting experience - superb!
SamGamgee (544), Santa Cruz, California, USA Dec 20, 2007 Draught at the Prague x-mas beer market. Hazy amber with a big beige head. Flowery and sweet aroma. Sweet, full flavor with a slight yeast tartness. Moderate bitterness. Clean and really well balanced. Very nice - really like the yeastiness.
