Bottle. Gold with a fluffy white head when poured into a Bitburger glass. Fresh hop aroma with a decent amount of flour and grass. Flavor is a nice blend of hops and malt, really balanced. Nice, prickly mouthfeel and taste. Decent stuff.

Dec 30, 2008 Hazy dark yellow pour with a thin rapidly diminishing head. Aroma is very malty. Taste slightly metallic but otherwise of sweet malt.

Dec 22, 2008 Clear golden with medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel notes. Sweet flavour with toasted malt, caramel and fruity notes. Finished sweet. Not bad this pils.

Dec 19, 2008 Bottle at Winking Lizard. This beer is a pale golden color with a medium thin and frothy white head that diminishes slowly. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of mild grassy hops, cereal and fruit. Light body with flavors of grass, spices and a touch of Saaz hops. The finish is earthy malt and light spices. Just average overall.

Pours a clear darkish yellow color body, big foamy white head, lasting. Strong malty aroma, some balancing hops and dryness present too. Some fresh grain scents. Nutty malty taste, clean tasting. Somewhat grainy, nutty aftertaste. Crisp. Satisfying, and a decent amount of flavor. Very carbonated. Not too shabby. Less flavor as it warms.

Dec 14, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Mild spiced and malty aroma. Flavour is dry malty and slight bitter. Acidic and bitter finish. Somewhat bland.
