Roasty/toasty aroma with some dark malt and bubblegum coffee. Hazy dark brown with lacy, tan foam. Flavour=coffee, gingerbread, roasty vanilla, nice malt that is in balance with a medium bitterness. Medium to full body, chewy, lasting dark malt bitterness. ChristianScheffel (2200), Odense, Denmark Aug 15, 2008 Hazy and dark brown beer with a firm off-white head. Deep aroma of licorice, with some grainy malt notes. Dryish burnt caramel flavour with licorice, and a hoppy finish.
