Flip top bottle and served in my big ole Karmeliet glass: Hazy deep golden hue with a frothy white head and good lace. The aroma has notes of apricot, ripe peach, bubblegum, toffee, clove, ginger, yeast driven esters, and a hint of noble hops. The taste is fruity and malty sweet as expected but not so much that it became cloy. Herbal spicy hop note and moderate alcohol helps with balance. The mouth feel is slightly sticky and medium-bodied. A solid offering.

glad I cellared it several months. Pours a bit of head, lighter colour. Spicey and yeasty aroma. Very nice, dry and spicy and yeasty. Above average mouthfeel. Very drinkable, delicate balance, and finishes with a pepperness.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and citrus, as well as light notes of bread. The flavor is sweet and sour with strong notes of citrus fruits - especially grapefruit, leading to a tart, bitter finish.

Hazy golden color; big head. It has a nice and original aroma, with earthy malt, bubblegum, sweet manure, apples. Clean malt flavor, medium body, quite spicy and with some banana too, light grassy touch. Different, rural, good.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm) Pale amber colour with brief, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dried apricots, slightly toasty malt and spicy hops. Fruity, malty taste with orange peel, apricots, toasty grain, some candy and spicy hops in the finish. Medium body, not so sweet, with a generous, spicy hop character. Good balance. Nice beer.

Bottle: Hazy, deep golden, lots of small floaties visible, small off-white layer; caramelly-toasty traces in the solid hoppy nose; robust sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied; quite dry finish with hops and pale malt, followed by a lingering hoppy-fruity aftertaste. Fine stuff.........
