Sweet. leathery musty taste with lingering bitterness. Too fizzy. This isn’t going to be a favourite of mine. Eaten with a damn good bacon and brie baguette. Quite a full body with plenty of fruit and yeast. Somewhat astringent finish. Aromas of sweet malted pizza. Full nectar with ample residual effers. A malty sweet core pushing ripe nectarine pulp.
